Pro Warmup Routine: 15 Minutes to Game Ready
Don't go into your first match cold. Follow this scientifically backed warmup to peak your performance.
Pro Warmup Routine: 15 Minutes to Game Ready
Your first game of the day shouldn't be your 'warmup'. To play at your peak from round one, you need a routine that wakes up your nervous system.
Minute 1-5: Large Movements
Start with large tracking circles in a trainer. Use your whole arm. The goal is blood flow, not precision.
Minute 6-10: Micro-Adjustments
Switch to small targets. Focus on being as smooth as possible. Don't rush; focus on the perfect line to the target.
Minute 11-15: Game Intensity
Increase the speed. Match the movement patterns of the game you're about to play. If it's CS2, practice counter-strafing shots.
Tip: Stay Hydrated!
Your reaction time can drop by up to 10% if you're even slightly dehydrated. Drink water before you start!
